Whether you tour all the islands of the Caribbean or just stop over in Jamaica and you will definitely discover new flavours, smells and tantalising tastes!

Caribbean cooking is robust and subtle, infused with warming spices of ginger, scotch bonnet peppers, pimento and nutmeg. The delicate flavours of ackees and chocho and the mouth watering fresh pineapple, mango and guava are guaranteed to sate your appetite at the end of a meal.

Caribbean dishes are created for sharing with friends and family on wintery weekdays and festive feast days alike!

The workshop will be run by Wendi Jarrett, whose will enthuse you with her love and passion of cuisine from the Caribbean, providing you with a culinary trip that you will want to return to time and time again!

So join us for this fun hands-on day of Caribbean Cookery and dip your toe into the deliciously warm island seas and breath in deeply the aromas, transporting yourself to sunnier climes and layers of flavours!

After a day of cooking, we will sit down together and enjoy a banquet of Caribbean Cuisine washed down with a glass of wine!
