Knitting an Heirloom Blanket
No matter if you are an absolute beginner or a master with knitting needles this day course is the ideal opportunity to start a new hobby or pick up an old one. Julie will be on hand to help you design and make your very own heart heirloom blanket. The size of your finished blanket will be up to you, but what better time of year to make something to snuggle up with on cold winters evening.

Botanical Drawing
Come and spend a relaxing day with us learning how to draw the beautiful foliage and berries that grow in our gardens and hedgerows during the winter. No previous drawing experience is necessary as we will take the fear out of putting pencil, pastel or paint to paper! Wire Garden Sculpture
Join us for the day and learn how to make a beautiful figurative sculpture out of wire using Britain’s birds as our inspiration. Sculptures made of wire look fabulous in any landscape or garden as either a stunning focal point or a quirky addition in a quiet corner!
The workshop will be run by Annaliitta Stretch a trained sculpture who has worked with wire as a medium creating many wonderful pieces of art. Annie will show you a range of pre-made wire sculptures and after a short demonstration you will be let loose to create your own piece of sculpture.
Reference material will be provided to give any required additional inspiration, and participants will all receive one-to-one tutoring throughout the day.
