Daxa Panchal is a passionate and experienced cook who started making traditional food with her mother from the age of nine – great training for her future married life into a very social family, whose guests never went without eating wonderful food! Born in Nairobi, Kenya, and with parents from Gujarat, Daxa grew up in England and was schooled by her mum in traditional and spicy Gujarati cooking. She’s a busy working mum who taught her family from a young age how to appreciate and eat good Indian food – much as her mother and grandmother had done before her.
