Pam Keeling

Pam has recently retired after 25 years teaching several different City & Guilds Courses at all levels, so her knowledge and experience in many different aspects of textiles is vast.  She has a wide experience of teaching day schools and workshops to adults, through her connection with the Embroiderers’ Guild as well as teaching in a College.  She has been creating a wide variety of textiles all her life and has incorporated individually dyed fabrics and threads into her work many times.  These fabrics and threads have been included in her hand and machine stitched pieces, patched and quilted pieces, rag ruging and even costume.  Some are based on very traditional techniques, others are more creative and innovative.
