Yolanda Taping, a Malaysian Chinese, was born on the island of Penang, and, although she has now lived in England for over 40 years, Malaysian-style cooking remains Yolanda’s passion. She teaches the finer art of Malaysian cooking at cookery demonstrations in many local areas and also visits, prepares and cooks at dinner parties, buffets and business lunches as well as running evening classes and private tuition in finer Malaysian cooking. |
