Far from ordinary, this workshop run by Wendi Jarrett will introduce you to a selection of salads that will tantalize your taste buds and make a refreshing change to the usual tub of rich coleslaw!
Wendi advocates that making a great salsa is similar to the best Caribbean cocktails … something hot, something sweet, something sour, something long! So just chop and grate the ingredients small, mix well together and allow the flavors to mingle before serving.
With this in mind, Wendi will show you a selection of fresh and enlivening flavors that you can combine together to create a fabulous salad or salsa. Your ingredients can be changed according to your menu, your personal taste or what’s in season.
And when all the salads and salsas have been prepared, you will be able to sample them all as we sit down to a scrumptious lunch …and maybe we can get Wendi to rustle up one of her famous Caribbean Cocktails!
