Specialty Bread Workshop – Friday 9 October (9.30am-3pm) …few spaces still available!






If you have mastered the basics and are now looking to extend your baking repertoire and develop new skills, then come and join us for this advanced bread making workshop and be inspired to take your bread making one step further!

By taking the basic principles of bread making, we’ll show you how you can use an array of ingredients and flavours to create some unique and very special breads…from a rustic Beetroot & Pumpkin Seed Bread to a contemporary Fougasse, a stuffed ricotta, bacon & herb ‘tear & share’, savoury pita breads & a plum & cinnamon tea loaf, it will be a busy morning in the kitchen!

Cost is £65 per person which includes all materials and ingredients, plus refreshments throughout the day including a wonderful homemade lunch …served with an array of breads, of course!
