If you’ve ever wanted to have a go at beaded jewellery but don’t know where to start, this is the course for you! Come along for the evening and learn all the essential techniques you will need to make a wide range of pieces, including earrings, necklaces and bracelets.
The workshop, led by tutor Jackie Gibbs, will also give you an introduction to the world of jewellery findings and their uses and you will take away with you a mini findings kit, instructions and a bead selection, plus the jewellery set you have made during the class. All tools and materials are provided for you and we will contact you in advance so you can tell us if you would prefer to work with gold or silver wire. In addition, some more expensive beads will be available to purchase on the night for a small charge if there is something that catches your eye that you would like to add to your jewellery We will serve a light homemade supper during the course of the evening.
