Come and join us for this evening cookery class and learn how to cook with a range of game.
During the evening tutor Sarah Hollowell, a local professional chef, will show you how to cook up a starter and main course using locally sourced game. You’ll also get hands-on learning how to prepare a bird in the feather. Sarah is a Cordon Bleu trained chef and caters for many shoot lunches and dinners, giving her a wonderful repertoire of recipes and dishes to share. The evening will end with you sitting down to sample the dishes that have been made.
