Come and join us for this specialist cookery workshop and we will show you some great ideas for gluten free entertaining over Christmas. They taste so good, everyone will dig in …and you won’t believe they’re gluten free! We are delighted to welcome Adriana Rabinovich, an expert in gluten free food and author of ‘The Gluten Free Cookbook for Kids’, as our tutor for this workshop. Using her knowledge and experience in baking, Adriana specialises in devising recipes with flavour and texture, so that being a person with an intolerance to wheat or gluten does not mean missing out on tasty food and culinary delights. During the day, Adriana will show you how to master a wide range of festive gluten free baking and cooking with the emphasis will be on simple but impactful recipes which will certainly impress all your friends and family this Christmas.
Recipes include, a traditional Christmas Pannetone, savoury choux puffs, crisp chocolate pastry, almond crackers, festive truffle cookies, and everyone’s favourite, sausage rolls. Adriana will also bring along one of her gluten free Christmas Cakes for you all to try, with a copy of the recipe so you can have a go at baking one when you get home. With a break for lunch you will get to taste the products of your baking together with a scrumptious homemade dessert …gluten free of course! Whether you are baking for the family or your friends, you will emerge from this workshop full of confidence and inspired to go home and bake all of your favourite things, gluten free!
