Come & join us for this fun evening workshop and we will show you how to convert fruits from the hedgerow into an array of wonderful liqueurs, infused spirits and drinks.

From Blackberry brandy, sloe gin, haw vodka, rosehip liqueur and maybe even some nettle beer, you will spend the evening learning how to create your very own ‘Homebrew from the Hedgerow’ …and you’ll get to taste them too! Drunk on their own or mixed to make a cocktail … wild horseradish vodka makes a fantastic Bloody Mary, blackberry whiskey can be used to create a warming Blackberry & Apple Hot Toddy, or pop open a bottle of bubbles for a Sloe Gin Royale! And they all make fantastic presents too and if you’re quick you can have them ready by Christmas!

So, filled with top tips and ideas, you will leave the workshop ready to forage the hedgerows to create some homemade ‘brews’ for your friends and family to enjoy this festive season!
