Join us for this half-day workshop and discover how to make the most delicious jams and jellies using the produce from your garden and fruits from the hedgerow.

With an abundant harvest in the hedgerows this year plus an array of goodies from the garden, we will demonstrate some new ideas and recipes and show you how to turn them into some wonderful treats. But be prepared to get stuck in ..this is definitely a hands-on workshop! By the end of the morning you will have learnt some great tips and techniques to take away with you, plus detailed recipe sheets and a few jars full of your creations to share with your family and friends! And with some fresh homemade bread and chunks of cheese, you’ll get to sample some too!
