Using an authentic range of ingredients, baking methods a finishing techniques, come and learn how to create a selection of delicious Mediterranean breads! We have a wonderful collection of breads on the menu for this fun, hands-on day of bread making from a classic Ciabatta, Cornbread with Parmesan & Sun-dried Tomatoes, Turkish Flatbread, Italian Farinata & a Sage, Pancetta and Potato Bread.
