Join us for a day where we celebrate all things Sourdough. Make a wheat sourdough and a traditional pumpernickel-style, dark rye bread. Learn all the techniques to produce your own sourdough loaves and go home with a pot of mature sourdough starter so you’re ready to get baking. There will be time during the day to answer any questions and sit down to a fantastic lunch featuring a freshly baked Walnut & Raisin Sourdough Loaf and some flavoursome Sourdough Crispbreads.
The day is suitable for all levels of prior experience.
The number of attendees on this workshop will be limited to a maximum of 8 people.
