Perhaps there’s a vegan in the family, perhaps you’ve decided to eat less meat or even taken the plunge and become vegan; whatever the reason this session is just for you! It’s getting chilly now and the days are getting shorter, so we’re looking forward to making some lovely comfort food with autumn produce.
In this session, you’ll be learning how to make a simple Beetroot and Shallot Tartin, followed by a “cheese” sauce which can be used in a variety of dishes like Macarono Cheese , Lasagne, Gratin etc., the list goes on. To complete the course, we’ll finish with a crumble and vegan custard. What else in autumn?
