Christmas is just around the corner, and sometimes the thought of feeding a vegan guest or impressing non-vegan friends can fill cooks with apprehension. Fortunately, this session provides an inexperienced vegan cook with a few easy ideas that inspire confidence. We’ll make a few canapes to start; something tasty to offer visitors with a drink. Then we’ll prepare a walnut and red wine pate as a starter, before moving on to the main event; a Chestnut and Butterbean Wellington with a red wine gravy. Sure to impress and keep everyone happy at Christmas!
