Perhaps there’s a vegan in the family, perhaps you’ve decided to eat less meat or even taken the plunge and become vegan; whatever the reason this session is just for you!
In March we need to keep the cold out so, with guidance from our tutor Sadie Farrell, you’ll learn how to prepare some hearty food and a delicious dessert including vegetable crisps with various dips and hummus, massaman curry with home-made curry paste and a lemon posset.
The number on this workshop will be limited to 8 people.
