Perhaps there’s a vegan in the family, perhaps you’ve decided to eat less meat or even taken the plunge and become vegan; whatever the reason this session is just for you!
It’s summertime and we’re thinking of outdoor dining and entertaining, weather permitting of course. Of course, salads are an essential part of summer dining and we’ll be making a couple of different salads using homemade vegan mayo and other dressings. A summer menu wouldn’t be complete without a quiche though, would it? Yes, that’s right, vegan quiche! To finish, a summer berry cheesecake. Yum!
