Paul Raddan

Paul Raddan, Head Baker at Rugby Real Bread. After many years as a chef, Paul started his own successful company in 2013. Rugby Real Bread make a variety of exciting breads and sweet bakes for local markets and food events: including at least four different types of Sourdough every week. As well as being a professional baker, Paul teaches and talks about breadmaking at a variety of venues in the local area. Paul’s teaching style is descriptive, interactive and easy to follow; helping people to build their baking knowledge and skills.
