Sarah Hollowell

Sarah started cooking at a very early age, with a love of baking. Creating cakes with her grandmother at weekends. Carrying this desire to cook she completed various cooking courses including cordon bleu, baking and sugarcraft. From that moment she has enjoyed designing and decorating her home made cakes in between cooking for many private homes, ski companies and luxury yachts. Sarah is working with Bay Tree Cottage to tutor our Celebration Cakes Workshops and our Cup Cakes workshops, showing us how to make our cakes look out of this world!
